Bowstring Truss Warehouse Renovation :: 4,200 SF :: LoDo Denver, Colorado
Gravitas Development enlisted River Studio Architects to create a renovation plan for this modest but classic structure as a new headquarters for their nascent development company; as well as provide hip, contemporary office lease space for emerging businesses. In collaboration with Gravitas and Sprung Construction we completed the design and renovation, including custom steel storefronts, a community patio garden, and interior finishes in less than 6 months – followed immediately by lease space improvements and tenant occupancy.
