Enhancing a long neglected infill corner in Cherry Creek North, this three-story, mixed-use retail, office & multi-level parking complex wraps a 6-story office renovation with a landscaped plaza and ground floor storefronts. RSA also completed the interior office and restaurant tenant improvements. This project was produced in collaboration with Guy Thornton, architect, RIBA.
