The Manhattan Lofts is a 134-unit luxury apartment community located in Riverfront Park, an urban master planned mixed-use neighborhood in Denver’s LoDo district, and adjacent to the burgeoning Union Station development. The Manhattan Lofts features luxuriously appointed studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartment residences with landscaped community courtyards – all constructed above an amenity level with fitness, café, lounge and meeting spaces and underground parking. River Studio Architects provided on-site construction administration and design support services for the Owner: GID Development, based in Boston, MA; and the Architect of record: Niles, Bolton and Associates – based in Atlanta, GA. The building was completed on-time and within budget and was 70% leased upon completion.
