Our client purchased two adjacent lofts encompassing the 5th floor of this existing loft warehouse and retained River Studio to coordinate a unique renovation of the combined space inspired by the adobe dwellings of America’s southwest. Collaborating with the client and a team of interior designers, lighting specialists and design/build engineering consultants the resultant project transformed the timber-framed warehouse space into a serene and captivating collection of chambers and volumes for sleeping, living, dining and entertaining, while integrating an extensive collection of southwestern art.
